If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days.
Kelly Reed’s Boutique can only accept exchanges at in store at this time. Customers that need a different size/color for their already placed order should purchase the new size/color and return their current order for a refund.
Returned items must be in their original condition with all hang tags and labels attached. Any items returned in any condition other than as originally sent or received back in our warehouse as damaged will not be eligible for return, credit, or exchange. Customers will be charged $5.00 to their account and the items will be shipped back to the customer.
Items marked as SALE on the product page are final sale and cannot be sent back for refund, exchange or store credit.
We recommend that you send your return via an insured carrier and get a tracking number to track your return package. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We are not responsible for lost returns. The postmark date must be clearly marked on the front side of your packing slip.
